One question I get asked a lot is: "What handle bar do you recommend?"
The answer is simple...what feel do you want? My best recommendation is to simply set on your bike, have a buddy or friend loosen the handle bar clamp and carefully roll the handlebars forward out of your reach. Setting on the bike with your arms in a out reached position that is comfortable to you have your buddy measure the distance between your hands, the distance from the center of the riser back to your hands and the distance from your hands down to the top of the triple tree, these dimensions will give you the rise, pullback and width it will take in selecting the handle bars and risers that will give you the feel you are looking for. If you can't find a buddy or friend just stop by K & K and we will assist you.
"What is better synthetic oil or conventional oil?"
Synthetic oils have been around for along time first engineered for the Jet Aircraft Industry, the first API approved Synthetic for consumer use was by Amsoil in 1972, so synthetics are no new marvel to the industries, they continue to test far better than most conventional oils. We recommend the use of synthetic and use it in our bikes, and recommend a high quality oil such as Amsoil. But remember that synthetic is not a fix for worn or high mileage parts, and that regular service intervals are always your best defense.
